OUR PROJECTS
At Potential Brewed, our community projects are designed to tackle digital exclusion in practical, human ways. Through digital skills training and computer skills support, we help people build confidence, independence and access to opportunity. Our projects respond to real local need, offering both flexible drop-in support and structured learning programmes that bring people closer to work, connection and participation in today’s digital world.

CONNECTION BREWED
Connection Brewed is one of our flagship community projects, created to help people across Macclesfield and Cheshire East gain the digital skills, access and confidence they need to thrive in an online world.

We know that not everyone has the same opportunities to use technology, and that can make everyday life more difficult. From applying for jobs and managing finances to accessing healthcare or staying in touch with family, being digitally confident makes a huge difference.

That’s why our sessions start with something simple, a brew and a chat. We meet people where they are, offering friendly, face-to-face support that helps them get online, understand digital tools and feel part of a connected community.
CONFIDENCE BREWED
Confidence Brewed is a focused 6-week digital skills and confidence-building programme for people in Cheshire East who are not currently in work or enrolled in Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) employment support programmes.
The project helps participants overcome barriers to learning and employment by giving them hands-on experience, access to technology and a supportive community. Each course brings together a small group for practical, face-to-face learning that builds confidence and independence step by step.
At its heart, Confidence Brewed is about helping people believe in what they can do — and giving them the tools to make it happen.
